All suppliers/vendors not on the Deep Space Preferred Vendor list and have been approved by Deep Space Management to work at a private event shall carry liability and other necessary insurance in the amount of no less than One Million Dollars ($1,000,000) to protect itself against any claims arising from any officially scheduled activities during the event; and to indemnify Galaxy Event Centers LLC dba Deep Space which shall be named as an additional insured / certificate holder for the duration of this contract.
