About the Owners
Ray and Antoinette Engelke have been married for 25+ years, have two beautiful grown daughters, and are empty nesters. Ray has over 25 years experience in the Hospitality industry, serving the rich and famous at a 5-star resort. Antoinette retired from corporate American to help Ray run the business in 2016.
